Situation
Cisco Systems needed a way to create awareness across their global workforce on how to protect sensitive customer data. Cisco also needed the learning experience to reside in their new LMS.
Solution
Digitec worked with Cisco Systems’ IT department to:
Create a series of scenario-based interactive episodes.
Design the story-driven simulations based on typical situations, allowing players to understand the consequences and learn how to avoid loss or theft.
Results
The course was well received and was the first course delivered through the Cisco Systems corporate LMS.
