MISSION: Manage the team and project scope to deliver training projects on schedule and on budget.
Outcomes
1. GENERATE INITIAL PROPOSALS THAT ARE WITHIN 10% OF BUDGET
a. | Work with the sales team to explore and document client requirements. | ||
b. | Recommend options and accurate cost estimates for projects, demonstrating an understanding of the technology. |
2. MANAGE PROJECTS TO MEET SCHEDULES AND BUDGETS
a. | Effectively manage up to 10 medium-sized projects (teams of approx. 4, with 10-12 week production schedule), maintaining schedules and assigning appropriate internal/external resources to meet deadlines. | ||
b. | Review all deliverables prior to client submission for quality and contract scope. | ||
c. | Schedule and facilitate client reviews, managing revisions to maintain scope, schedule and budget. |
3. IMPLEMENT CONTINUAL IMPROVEMENT PROCESS
a. | For completed projects, capture NetPromoter survey response, resulting in scores of 80% or higher. | ||
b. | Conduct project debriefs and post-mortems, documenting lessons learned and sharing these in Sharepoint. |
