Many people turn to sites like YouTube for short bursts of entertainment and information over the Web, so Disney decided to use Web video as a "just-in-time" teaching tool for new managers. Disney Parks and Resorts asked Digitec to produce a series of video vignettes to teach Disney management Cast Members coaching skills for difficult situations.

The video vignettes demonstrate how to properly coach hourly Cast Members on difficult subjects like poor job performance and personal hygiene. Digitec used professional talent for these vignettes and shot on location at the Disney University offices in Orlando. The videos will be hosted on Disney's servers to provide informative, short and engaging reference tools for new managers. The videos will be available starting in November.
